Clamp or magnet?
A clamp holds any phone in any case and suits thick rugged cases; a magnetic head is faster to use one-handed and has no arms to block buttons. With MagSafe iPhones the magnets align automatically; other phones need the thin plate or ring.
Arm length
Long goosenecks bring the phone close in trucks and SUVs with deep dashboards; short arms vibrate less on rough roads. The vacuum mount comes in 7.9 and 10.7 inch arms.
Why a gooseneck phone holder for car and truck cabins
In a pickup or a big SUV the windshield sits far from the driver, so a phone stuck to the glass ends up out of reach. A gooseneck phone holder for car and truck use solves that: the flexible aluminium arm runs from the suction cup towards the steering wheel and puts the cell phone in your line of sight, close enough to tap for navigation or hands-free calls. Bend it once into the shape you want and it stays there, giving viewing angles that a short dashboard phone mount cannot reach.
Strong suction, stable base
The base matters as much as the arm. 1Zero suction cups combine a sticky gel layer with a lever lock, creating a firm vacuum on glass and on smooth dashboards; on textured plastic, the included stabilizer pad gives the suction cup a flat surface to grip. The vacuum car phone mount goes further with a one-press lock rated to 80 lb, designed for maximum stability on rough roads. Clean the surface before installation and let adhesive pads cure for a full day.
Compatible with every phone
Clamp versions open to about 4 inches and hold iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Pixel and other phones in most cases, with a quick-release button for one-hand removal. Magnetic versions work directly with MagSafe and with any phone once the plate or ring is fitted. Each car phone mount rotates 360° so you can switch between portrait for calls and landscape for navigation.
Choosing between our car phone mounts
Pick the gooseneck clamp for the longest reach and universal fit, the magnetic gooseneck for quick one-hand use, the CD slot holder if you want nothing on the glass or dash, the compact suction mount for small cabins, and the long-arm vacuum mount for big centre screens and side windows. All of them are adjustable after installation, so the mount system grows with your car.
